The Total Bespoke Design which we offer on all our conservatories also allows us to mix and match the designs in order to provide you with your requirements . There are some restrictions but most are possible . A Conservatory is a very desirable product and even more so with the recent technological advancements in product design and insulation properties. The Larger Bespoke designs are becoming more popular due to the life style and living space requirements of clients , They can be constructed with small walls or glazed frames right to the floor and have a Solar Control Glass roof or an insulated Ultraframe roof. Our conservatories base construction includes insulation to floors and all glazing incorporates high insulation values . Also additional electrical / plumbing and floor finishings are available.
All products are low maintenance however PVCu and Aluminium are lower than Hardwood as this will require some further surface coating at some point.
A range of colour finishes are available .
A Conservatory complete with all building work and finishings that requires planning will take longer to complete due to the Local Planning Control Dept. needing to approve the project prior to us being able to process the order.
